blood stained curtains inadequate lighting
I was somewhat disappointed . The room was a bit old. I also found the lighting in the room inadequate. The sink faces the street, offering little privacy unless the curtains are drawn. Several curtains had blood stains. I think these should have been replaced.

thoughtful room design
huge room thoughtful layout fantastic shower
i appreciated the huge room and the thoughtful layout. the seventh floor lounge offered snacks and art books! the shower was also fantastic. the hotel prepared the room very thoughtfully for travelers with luggage.
The air conditioning could not be set to cooling mode. The room became uncomfortably warm. the staff did not promptly address the issue.

The restaurant and bar were tasty. I found the food good. breakfast featured mainly bread and different types of eggs, served at the table, though i prefer a self-service option. Filter coffee was the standard.

Super Stylish Stay!
helpful staff central location free snacks
The staff were SO helpful and friendly. The location is AMAZING! It is near the U-bahn, shops, bars, and restaurants. I loved relaxing in the top floor lounge. I found free tea, coffee, and snacks all day long.
The breakfast team seemed a bit small, and service was slow. I wanted a quicker start to my day.

the room felt a little old to me. i also thought there wasn't enough light inside the room. the sink faces the street so anyone could see you from outside. there are curtains to close it but several were stained. i think they should have replaced them.
